" Hello, welcome to Red's Sub's and Pizza" is what an employee says as you walk through the front door, at Red's Sub's & Pizza, to enjoy your lunch or dinner. Red's Sub's & Pizza is a family owned business just outside of a small town called Hunlock Creek. This restaurant has been family owned and operated since the early 1980's. Since there is a popular hiking area approximately five miles away, Red's Sub's & Pizza is a favored spot to enjoy a great home cooked meal after a long day outside.

When you are feeling hungry you might think of places to eat, Red's would definitely come to mind. On top of a hill, like a castle, is where you would see it. As you stroll through the front door you will see a lot of different people in line to either grab a table or wait for their take out meal. Waiting for someone to ask "How many people in your party?" You might realize all the wooden red tables and brown wooden chairs scattered all over (Image 2). Walking to your table; smells of pizza sauce, onions, and freshly made food hit your nose like a football player tackling his opponent. "Working in the back with all the food, I came to realize that ,all the smells you tend to smell in the restaurant, you get used to pretty quick." states the manager. The wallpaper seems to be old but stylish, light pink as the background color and red flowers spotted all around. The wall is cut in half with a red wooden trim, while the bottom half is just plain old tan.
"Can I get you something to drink ma'am?" asks the waitress.
"Yes, I would like a coffee and a water please, and I'm ready to order. I would like a medium pizza with pepperoni, please." states the elder lady at the next table.
"Okay ma'am, I'll be right back with your coffee and water and I'll write your order up!" exclaims the waitress.
As people start to head home, the waitresses start to do some of their clean ups. "After working everyone is required to do some sort of clean up, either vacuuming the dinning room, cleaning the windows, to mopping the kitchen." If you are a late night straggler coming into Red's to have a late night snack you might hear the vacuum running while you try and eat. Knowing this is a small family owned business, the people tend not to care a vacuum is running while they enjoy their meals. When you make your way up to the red counters a lady will be standing there waiting for you to pay your bill. "Have a great night, thank you! Please come again." (Image 3)
